Working Bee Sun 14th Feb 2016

We had a very successful working bee on Sunday 14th with construction of three new wooden vet hospital yards near the vetting area all but completed and general mowing and maintenance to the grounds done. I think we should call it the “Valentine Yard”. Jim installed some new signs to help improve safety and notification to the Ride Base. In all 12 people turned up for the working bee and contributed another combined 100 hours of their time and labour to the maintenance of the Ride Base. Well done team and you know the place would not exist but for your efforts so that a wide variety of people can camp and enjoy the forest setting.

OurTenterfield 30th April/ 1st May Ride is only 10 weeks away now. Caterers Rod and Colleen Taylor will be back again this year from Friday afternoon.
We plan to camp at Girard over Easter with horses to explore tracks and get ready for track clearing and marking.

A working bee is planned for Sunday 14 th Feb to install holding pens near the vetting area, install new signs and to mow the grounds.

Please contact Michael if you can attend.
